La comisión de falla del Mercado Central tiene sobre la mesa un durísimo mazazo para su economía: el Juzgado de Primera Instancia número 22 de Valencia ha fallado en su contra en la demanda presentada por la sociedad Bacha S. A., de la que es titular el que fuera vicepresidente y padre de la fallera mayor de 2014, Claudio Chaqués, y les obliga a pagar 43.450 euros, más los intereses, en concepto de incumplimiento de contrato en la cesión de derechos publicitarios.
La Comisión Falla del Mercado Central de Valencia quiere manifestar ante las informaciones sobre las actuaciones presentadas por Claudio Chaqués en el juzgado de Primera Instancia nº22 manifiesta que:
Consideramos intolerable e ilícito que a 20 días de las Fallas se utilice a la justicia para querer anular la actividad de una comisión fallera, despreciando absolutamente el significado de las fallas, ya que son entidades de interés general y cultural y especialmente la Comisión núm. 1 del Censo Fallero.
No comprendemos el ánimo destructor de Claudio Chaqués contra la comisión de la Falla del Mercat y contra la entidad en sí misma, marcándose ese único objetivo la destrucción de la Falla y la eliminación de la comisión más antigua de la ciudad de Valencia.
La Falla del Mercat se ha sometido a todas las medidas que ha dictado la magistrada.
Que la sentencia está recurrida ante la Audiencia Provincial, sin haberse pronunciado aún, en función de las pruebas pre-constituidas aportadas por el que fue vicepresidente de esta Comisión durante los ejercicios 2013 y 2014 y padre de Fallera Mayor del ejercicio 2014 y nadie comprende ese afán enfermizo de hacer daño por hacer daño. Siendo él coparticipe de esa supuesta irregularidad que el mismo denuncia (auto contrato)
Por tanto, solicitamos que cese este descomunal ataque a la Falla del Mercat, practicado por tan ingrato y desconsiderado personaje que lo único que pretende es que prevalezcan sus discrepancias de índole personal en contra del interés general que supone la plantá de un monumento fallero con la tradición más ancestral Valencia… lo único que desean los falleros de esta Comisión, de los cuales una gran mayoría no formaban parte esta dignísima Comisión, en aquellas fechas, por lo que se apela a todo el pueblo valenciano Y ESPECIALMENTE AL MUNDO FALLERO, para su consciencia de tan irregular situación y que se entienda que lo único que pretendemos es poder celebrar de la mejor manera posible las fallas del 2017 en un año complicado tras una sentencia injusta y que no compartimos y que por este motivo se ha recurrido.
