La Ofrenda de las Fallas 2017, uno de los actos más emotivos de las fiestas, vive hoy su primera jornada.
La Ofrenda de las Fallas 2017 reúne a 100.000 personas y 60.000 ramos en su 75 aniversario
La Ofrenda a la Mare de Déu está de aniversario. Este año cumple 75 años desde que este festejo, que se convirtió en toda una tradición, lo iniciara de forma improvisada la comisión San Vicente – Periodista Azzati.
Debido a esta celebración, esta falla del centro de Valencia fue la primera en desfilar ante la Virgen en la primera jornada de la Ofrenda de las Fallas 2017. Lo hizo a partir de las 15:15 horas, es decir, quince minutos antes del inicio oficial del acto. Además, contó con la presencia de decenas de antiguas falleras mayores, que no quisieron faltar a este merecido homenaje.
En el recorrido de hoy y mañana en la Ofrenda desfilarán cerca de 400 comisiones falleras de la capital valenciana y de poblaciones de su área metropolitana como las localidades de Burjassot, Mislata y Quart de Poblet, integradas en la JCF, además de representantes de las casas regionales de otras comunidades autónomas con sede en la ciudad y de las fiestas de Alicante y Castelló.
Para la confección del manto de la Mare de Déu se emplearán cerca de 60.000 ramos de claveles, en su mayoría blancos y también rojos, que se colocarán en la imagen de la patrona que cada año se instala frente a su Basílica.
