El Palacio de Congresos se levanta en pie para exaltar a la Fallera Mayor de València, Carmen Martín Carbonell.
La noche del 22 de enero, el Palacio de Congresos se llenaba de solemnidad para recibir en su escenario a la máxima representante de la fiesta fallera. Bajo la atenta mirada de familiares, amigos, autoridades y las falleras mayores y presidentes de todas las comisiones de la ciudad, Carmen Martín Carbonell hacía su entrada por la pasarela del Palacio.
Uno de los momentos más esperados para ella se hacía realidad. Con la serenidad y elegancia que la caracterizan, y después de sentir los primeros compases de la Suite «Fallera Mayor de València», empezó a recorrer paso a paso la moqueta que cobría el camino hasta la Silla de Oro. Luciendo de la forma más especial su espolín de Fallera Mayor de València, color verde, a conjunto con sus ojos y con esa preciosa sonrisa del cual pocas veces hemos podido disfrutar este año, llegaba al escenario.
Los aplausos invadían el entorno ante la emoción de Carmen. Brillaba con luz propia, como lo hacían sus manteletas de Artesanía Viana. Su traje, confeccionado por 1700, llenaba el escenario de elegancia y emociones.
Recibimiento al escenario por el alcalde de la ciudad, Joan Ribó, llegaba el instando cumbre de la noche. La Fallera Mayor de València recibía la banda que lo acredita como tal, un momento muy especial, puesto que era Carmen Torres, la Fallera Mayor Infantil de su falla, la niña encargada de llevarla, mientras que su hermana y una de sus mejores amigas, Tábata Torres, hacía entrega al alcalde de la Joya de Vicente Ballester, así como del ramo de flores diseñado para la ocasión por Flores y plantas Sole-vida.
Después de que el alcalde impusiera a Carmen la Joya que realza la figura de la Fallera Mayor de València como la máxima representante del mundo fallero, el patio de butacas entero en pie homenajeó su Fallera Mayor con un caluroso aplauso que llenaba de felicidad el rostro de Carmen. Era momento de ocupar la Silla de Oro, lugar privilegiado donde ser exaltada como máxima representante.
Desde allí, una expresión de satisfacción recorría su rostro engalanado con el aderezo modelo clásico de uva de Art Antic, exclusivo para la Fallera Mayor de València, y las painetas de Més q pintes, que reproducen el dibujo del espolín oficial, que lucía junto a la postisseria de Realce.
Ahora sí, Carmen ya es digníssima portadora de nuestra más alta representación, ahora sí, es Fallera Mayor de València para las Fallas de 2022.
