Falleros y falleras se volvieron a dar cita en el centro de Valencia para rendir honores a su Patrona, la ‘Maredeueta’, la ‘Mare dels Desamparats’, y esta vez la Ofrenda contó con un poderoso aliado: una magnífica meteorología que acompañó para dar al mundo las imágenes más bellas, las más esplendorosas de una Fiesta, la nuestra, que invita al mundo entero con sus ganas de disfrutar, vivir y sonreír pese a todos los pesares. Porque las Fallas son eso: alegría desbordante, fiesta en estado puro, pólvora hecha arte, flores hechas arte, cartón piedra con corazón de arte.
Nuestra Fallera Mayor de Valencia, Begoña Jiménez, cerraba la Ofrenda 2013 para dar paso, poco después, a una Nit del Foc como dirían nuestros abuelos, ‘de las de antes’, con un Ricardo Caballer que, sangre de pólvora corre por sus venas, siempre es una apuesta segura en estas lides.
