El Día de la Pilota Valencia regresa este domingo, desde las 9 horas, a la Plaza del Ayuntamiento y que este año se celebra la edición número XXIV, y que será presentado este jueves en la Fundación Deportiva Municipal.
Este evento, organizado por la Federació de Pilota Valenciana (FPV), surgió como una cita reivindicativa del deporte autóctono y de júbilo por su permanencia en el tiempo. Y en los últimos años se ha convertido en el día en el que todos los estamentos de la pilota valenciana se reúnen para compartir una matinal festiva y de reconocimiento hacia las personas, organismos e instituciones que más han trabajado por su promoción, cuidado y difusión.
La Federación de Pilota Valenciana entregará los premios anuales en el XXIV Día de la Pilota Valenciana, el próximo 13 de septiembre, dentro del programa de esta jornada festiva de nuestro deporte autóctono.
