El artista fallero y maestro carrocero, Toni Sánchez, ha plantado por XVII año consecutivo una falla en la localidad madrileña de Getafe, conocida en la población como la ¨chama getafense¨ con motivo de sus fiestas. Sánchez es además el presidente de la Asociación de Eixidors de la Mare de Déu dels Desamparats.
Siete metros de altura y unos 15 ninots son las cifras de la falla de éste año dedicado a los 200 años de la biblioteca getafense y a los cuentos de los Hermanos Grimm.
Caperucita, Pulgarcito, Hansel y Gretel y el flautista de Hamelin, entre otros.
El monumento está plantado en la Plaza de la Estación Central y se quemará el domingo 26 a las 23 horas como final de las fiestas.
Sánchez aporta, además, cinco carrozas al desfile que tendrá lugar el 25 de mayo, desde las 22 horas.
