Las Falleras Mayores de Valencia de 2014, Carmen Sancho de Rosa y Claudia Villodre Gómez, han visitado esta mañana al Arzobispo, monseñor Carlos Osoro, a quien han obsequiado con un cuadro de cerámica típica valenciana.
En el encuentro, que se ha desarrollado en Palacio Arzobispal, las falleras han recibido, igualmente, de manos del prelado una Biblia dedicada por el propio Arzobispo así como un rosario y una medalla conmemorativa del V Encuentro Mundial de las Familias que presidió el papa Benedicto XVI en Valencia en 2006.
Tras la audiencia, en la que ha participado el concejal de Fiestas, Francisco Lledó, presidente de la Junta Central Fallera, y el secretario general de la entidad, José Luis Vaello, la Fallera Mayor Carmen Sancho ha mostrado su alegría de haber mantenido “una conversación muy agradable y relajada” en la que han tenido “la oportunidad de conocer a monseñor Carlos Osoro y felicitarle por su santo”, hoy día de San Carlos Borromeo.
La Fallera Mayor de Valencia y máxima representante de las fiestas josefinas, Carmen Sancho pertenece a la Falla Plaza del Mercado Central del sector La Seu- La Xerea- El Mercat. Carmen, tiene 21 años y es estudiante de Derecho. Mientras que la Fallera Mayor infantil, Claudia Villodre Gómez es de la Falla Reino de Valencia-San Valero del sector de Ruzafa A y tiene 10 años de edad.
