La Comunitat Valenciana cuenta con un total de 115 casas regionales, que representan a 14 autonomías españolas.
Las entidades, que alcanzan los 20.000 socios inscritos, son mayoritariamente andaluzas (55), de Castilla-La Mancha (23) y de Extremadura (6). También hay centros regionales de Castilla y León, Melilla, Asturias, Murcia, Aragón, el País Vasco, Navarra, Canarias, Galicia, Madrid y Cantabria.
A este respecto, la directora general de Participación Ciudadana, María Barrios, ha señalado que «hay que tener en cuenta que el 17 por ciento de la población de la Comunitat, en concreto 865.118 habitantes, es originario de otras zonas de España, por lo que se ha convertido en la tercera autonomía con más residentes de otras comunidades».
La directora general de Participación Ciudadana, que ha asistido al acto de coronación de la reina de la Federación de Entidades Culturales Andaluzas de la Comunidad Valenciana (FECA-CV), ha hecho hincapié en que «las casas regionales ubicadas en la Comunitat son ejemplo de la multiculturalidad que tiene España, pues muestran un amplio abanico de tradiciones que sus integrantes se esfuerzan por mantener a pesar de la distancia con sus lugares de origen».
Barrios ha destacado también que «gracias a estos centros, los valencianos disfrutamos de una gran diversidad cultural, ya que estos colectivos han sabido integrar perfectamente su cultura y sus tradiciones en la sociedad valenciana. Buen ejemplo de ello es la Feria Andaluza de Valencia que la Federación de Entidades Culturales Andaluzas de la Comunitat Valenciana organiza cada año».
De los cerca de 900.000 habitantes procedentes de otras comunidades que viven en la Comunitat, la mayoría son originarios de Castilla-La Mancha (235.213) y de Andalucía (208.298). Les siguen los madrileños, murcianos, catalanes y aragoneses. En minoría se encuentran los oriundos de La Rioja, Ceuta y Navarra.
