El Ateneo Mercantil celebra mañana, a las 18 horas, el acto de la exaltación de la Reina de las Fallas del Ateneo Mercantil, María Dolores Ros Anoll, y su corte de honor, formada por Cristina Guillén, Lucía Guillén , Lola Pardo, Chelo Vila, Marta Mateos de Ribas, Amparo Soriano y Pilar Ibáñez . El acto lo abrirá un grupo de tabal y Dolçaina y lo cerrará la actuación del Grupo de Bailes y Danzas del Ateneo Mercantil. El mantenedor, como en años anteriores, será Donís Martín.
La Reina de las Fallas del Ateneo representa a la institución durante las fiestas valencianas. Desde que se instauró esta figura, en 1998, es la decimosexta Reina del Ateneo, por detrás de María Roig, Asunta González, Claudia Corredor, María Andreu, Paloma Gimeno, María Amparo García, Marta Torrado, Gema Pérez, Barbará Simó, Asunción Esteban, Lina Alejandrina, Gabriela Terrades, María José Bisquert, Claudia Rodríguez y Maje Rodríguez-Flores y Alcácer, a la que sucede.
