Rus dará la bienvenida en el salón de plenos a las 11 horas a una delegación compuesta por integrantes de la Falla Valenciana El Turia de Buenos Aires (Argentina), el Centro Valenciano de San Juan (Argentina), el Centro Valenciano de Mendoza (Argentina), la Asociación Cultural Valenciana de Mendoza (Argentina), la Asociación de Valencianos Residentes en Venezuela, la Colectividad Valenciana de Chile, el Centro Valenciano de Perú, la Casa de Valencia en Barcelona, al asociación Amigos de Europa. Centro Valenciano del Exterior Gran Sur de Montpellier y la Casa Regional Valenciana en París.
Esta iniciativa, que cumple 21 años, es heredera del antiguo “Barco Fallero”, que llegó al puerto de Valencia en más de diez ocasiones desde 1961. Su objetivo es el desplazamiento de los centros valencianos del exterior (Cevex), de América del Sur y Centro América para asistir a las fiestas valencianas por excelencia. También se unen a los actos institucionales los centros valencianos de España y de Europa, que se desplazan a Valencia en estas fechas para celebrar las fallas.
