Valéncia, 07-10-2015. L’associació cultural Lo Rat Penat, dins dels actes commemoratius al voltant del 9 d´Octubre, Dia de la Pàtria Valenciana, entregarà el pròxim dijous en El Puig el Premi “Crit Valencià de l’Any 2015” als Clavaris de les Festes Patronals de Roca-Cuiper i de Meliana.
El Premi “Crit Valencià de l’Any” se concedix ad aquelles persones o institucions que s’han destacat per la defensa dels interessos valencians en qualsevol faceta de la nostra societat, cultural, econòmica, política, científica,…
La Junta de Govern de Lo Rat Penat, ha acordat concedir este any dita distinció ad estos jóvens clavaris de Meliana, reconeguent la seua valentia per a defendre l’us de la Llengua Valenciana en la publicació dels llibres de festes, fent front a les pressions que varen rebre, per a que modificaren el valencià utilisat, arribant l’alcalde a negar-los la salutació en el llibre de festes. Lo Rat Penat vol premiar la sensatea i fermea d’estos jóvens que lo únic que han fet ha segut fer valdre el seu desig i el seu dret d’utilisar la llengua valenciana genuïna, lluire d’imposicions pancatalanistes, demostrant en la seua actitut que la llengua la fa gran el poble que la parla.
El President de Lo Rat Penat, Enric Esteve, entregarà la distinció en el El Puig el pròxim dijous dia 8 d’octubre. La celebració s’iniciarà a partir de les 21.15 h. en un solemne Te Deum presidit per la Senyera de Lo Rat Penat en el Monasteri de Sta. Maria d´El Puig, i a continuació el tradicional Sopar de Sant Donís en el Huerto de Santa María.
