José Luis Vaello, Secretario General de la Junta Central Fallera a título individual y la mítica publicación anual “El Turista Fallero”, a título colectivo, han sido los agraciados en la V edición de los premios “Pepe Monforte” que entrega la Interagrupación de Fallas, en homenaje a su fundador Pepe Monforte Tudela.
Estos premios quieren homenajear a personas y colectivos que trabajan en pro de Valencia y de la fiesta de las fallas.
El Palacio de la Exposición acogió el pasado jueves 16 a las 20 horas el acto que congregó a las Falleras Mayores de Valencia, Begoña Jiménez Tarazona y Carla González Hortelano, el Presidente de la JCF, Paco Lledó y todos los Vicepresidentes para apoyar a su Secretario General que fue el premiado en categoria individual.
La concejal socialista, Pilar Calabuig; el portavoz de Esquerra Unida, Amadeu Sanchis, y el representante en el consejo asesor, Roberto Ruiz y la edil de Compromís, Pilar Soriano también acudieron a un acto donde lo que falló fue la megafonía. De los discursos de todos apenas se pudo escuchar todo bien.
No faltó a la cita la familia de Pepe Monforte, además de varios de los Presidentes de las Agrupaciones que componen la Interagrupación de Fallas.
Lo importante del acto es que el espíritu de Pepe Monforte no sólo se mantenga sino que perdure en el tiempo y ese pasaba por trabajar por y para las fallas.
