Valencia, 9 abr (EFE).- La concejala de EUPV en Valencia, Rosa Albert, ha preguntado por el gasto de 18.134 euros que hizo el Ayuntamiento de Valencia durante la Nit del Foc por los servicios de restauración y guardarropía en las instalaciones de Piscina Valencia, en el paseo de la Alameda, entre medianoche y las 4 horas.
En un comunicado, Albert ha explicado que el equipo de gobierno del PP, tras la cena de gala celebrada previamente en un hotel cercano, contrató con la misma sociedad un servicio de restauración y guardarropía en el edificio de Piscina Valencia durante cuatro horas.
«Esto supuso un desembolso por parte de las arcas municipales de más de 4.500 euros por hora, cantidad que nos parece un verdadero escándalo teniendo en cuenta la situación de crisis en la que nos encontramos», ha señalado Albert.
Esta edil ha apuntado que, además, a esta cantidad habría que añadir el gasto que supuso la cena de gala celebrada en el Hotel Westin y a la que Esquerra Unida no asistió.
Para la regidora de la formación de izquierdas, «todos estos dispendios se encuentran en la línea de los que llevan realizando los populares en la ciudad de Valencia desde hace años, primando siempre el gasto en grandes fastos en lugar de dedicarlo a las verdaderas necesidades de las ciudadanas y ciudadanos».
«¿Cómo es posible que se contraten servicios hasta las 4 horas cuando el castillo finalizó a las 2 horas?», se ha preguntado la regidora, quien ha anunciado que va a solicitar ver el expediente así como un desglose de los conceptos de este gasto de cerca de 19.000 euros al considerarlo «absolutamente injustificable e innecesario».
