Fallas 2015 La Federación Empresarial de Hostelería de Valencia (FEHV), ante la proximidad de las Fallas de 2015, ha reclamado el cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en higiene y seguridad alimentaria y ha mostrado su «preocupación» por el perjuicio que genera al sector actividades como las de los denominados ‘lateros’, alquiler de vviviendas privadas como alojamientos sin seguir las normas turísticas o los puestos ambulantes de comida que venden productos «sin las mínimas condiciones higiénicas».
Por ello, la entidad ha expresado en un comunicado «la importancia y la necesidad del cumplimiento de la normativa vigente tanto en materia de higiene y sanidad alimentaria como en la que se regula excepcionalmente en el Bando de Fallas durante las fiestas josefinas».
El año pasado desde la Federación de Hostelería, en colaboración con la Asociación de Comerciantes del Centro Histórico de Valencia y la Asociación de Vendedores del Mercado Central, se elaboró un documento, que se entregó al Ayuntamiento de Valencia, con las principales incidencias recogidas por los propios empresarios durante las fiestas falleras de 2014.
