Fallas de Valencia.La plaza de los Fueros, que albergan la parte interna de las Torres de Serranos, iluminadas y engalanadas por su parte más se llenó hasta la bandera – y nunca mejor dicho- para albergar la representación – recreación histórica de lo que debieron ser las ‘embajadas’ o parlamentos entre el bando musulmán y el cristiano que precedieron a la toma de Valencia por el Rey en Jaume I.
El acto es denominado ‘Embaixades‘ y es el segundo acto de lo que la semana que viene culminará con la XI Entrada de Moros y Cristianos como acto central del 9 d’octubre, Día de la Comunitat Valenciana.
Previamente, como novedad de este año, se ha celebrado un Concierto de Música Festera, a las 19:00 horas, a cargo de la Orquesta “Sant Joan del Mercat”.
FEVAMIC (Federació Valenciana de Moros i Cristians) dio comienzo a los fastos con el pregónque pronunció el periodista Manuel Andrés Ferreira el pasado viernes en Ateneo Mercantil, con el llamamiento a participar en esta Fiesta, en presencia de los Capitanes del bando Moro y del Bando Cristiano. Previamente se hizo la presentación del cartel oficial anunciador de la XI Entrada.
Las Embajadas o ‘Embaixades’ comenzaron a representarse en el año 2004 en las Torres de Quart – Plaza Santa Úrsula, con un texto en verso del poeta Ferràn Gil. Dado el éxito obtenido y la gran afluencia de público, en 2006 se trasladaron a las Torres dels Serrans – Plaça dels Furs.
En el año 2010, con el objetivo de darle a la representación una mayor escenificación teatral, Donis Martín escribe el texto actual, en prosa, recreando la escenificación de las ultimas semanas de la lucha y ocupación de la Ciudad de Valencia. Una escenificación fidedigna plenamente inspirada en el “El LLibre dels Feyts”. Personajes reales según la memoria del Rey Don Jaime, teatralizados por el autor.
Así pues, este año se cumplirán once ediciones de esta representación o recreación histórica que, por otra parte, es uno de los puntos “fuertes” de estas fiestas: La trilogía Embajadas-Alardo-Entrada es lo que sostiene les Festes de Moros i Cristians del Cap i Casal que poco a poco van arraigando en el calendario festivo de la Ciudad. En particular, las Embajadas destacan por el marco incomparable de las Torres de Serranos, que dan a la representación un ambiente muy apropiado.
