Junta Local Fallera de Torrent convocà una reunió de treball al casal «El 21» de la Falla Barri Cotxera per a tractar els efectes en les comissions falleres dels canvis legislatius al voltant de la fiscalitat de les associacions.
Durant la vesprada d’ahir 7 d’octubre, els professionals vinculats al «Grupo ACE» de la nostra localitat anaren desgranant als representants de les comissions falleres de Torrent de les àrees de secretaria, administració i tresoreria, les especificacions de les normatives legals en quant a la seua afectació a les associacions culturals i festives com són les falles. En concret es tractaren qüestions referides a aspectes jurídics relacionats amb la responsabilitat de les juntes directives, les cobertures de les assegurances de responsabilitat civil, les obligacions socials en quant a les lleis laborals, la justificació documental de les subvencions públiques, l’aplicació de la llei de protecció de dades personals, i les noves obligacions comptables i fiscals de les associacions, així com aspectes de comunicació i softaware de gestió aplicada.
Des de Junta Local Fallera de Torrent continuarem oferint esta classe de jornades informatives, comptant amb la colaboració dels professionals en la matèria, perqué apostem pel compliment de la legalitat i les normatives vigents, sense oblidar que podem fer-les compatibles amb la nostra activitat festiva i cultural.
