Esta misma tarde, a partir de las 18.45 horas, se va a presentar oficialmente el libro conmemorativo del 25º Concurso Mundial de Paellas para empresas del sector logístico, que organizan conjuntamente la falla Dr. J.J. Dómine-Port y Diario del Puerto. Isabel Bonig, consellera de Infraestructuras, será la encargada de presidir el acto que se celebrará en el Edificio del Reloj del Puerto de Valencia.
También está prevista la asistencia del presidente de la Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia, Rafael Aznar; del director general de Grupo Diario, Paco Prado, así como los máximos responsables de la comisión fallera, encabezados por su presidente, Miguel Rocafull, y representantes de las empresas y particulares que han ayudado a consolidar este evento a lo largo de 25 años.
El 25º Concurso Mundial de Paellas se celebrará el próximo 7 de marzo en la explanada de la antigua estación de El Grao de Valencia. Hasta la fecha ya se han inscrito más de 300 paellas, lo que significa que participarán en el evento más de 4.000 personas.
