La Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències y el campus en Valencia de Berklee College of Music colaboran por tercer año consecutivo en un programa de actividades culturales que incluye conciertos de libre acceso, proyecciones, talleres y demostraciones. Mañana domingo, 10 de enero se inicia en el Hemisfèric, asociada a la última sesión de los domingos, la proyección de «Berklee. Música en imágenes» que recoge las mejores composiciones y trabajos audiovisuales realizados cada año por los estudiantes de Berklee dentro del programa de «Composición de bandas sonoras para películas, televisión y videojuegos».
De nuevo durante este año, «Un lago de conciertos» llevará al lago Sur del Museu de les Ciències en los meses de abril a julio de 20:00 a 22:00 horas, y septiembre y octubre de 19.00 a 21:00 horas, las actuaciones de libre acceso a cargo de los estudiantes y profesores del campus en Valencia de Berklee con la interpretación de composiciones de diferentes estilos musicales: Jazz, Pop, Rock, Electrónico, Hip-Hop etc…
Durante el mes de julio se llevará a cabo la «Berklee Week», la exhibición durante una semana de los trabajos que los estudiantes de Berklee en sus respectivos Programas de Master realizan a lo largo del curso y el concierto de fin de Curso de la escuela.
Además, este año, con motivo del Día Mundial del Alzheimer y en colaboración con la Fundación Alzheimer España y la Asociación Valenciana de Enfermos y Familiares de Alzheimer, el 21 de septiembre se ofrecerá un taller de música terapéutica a enfermos de Alzheimer y familiares, diseñado por profesores y estudiantes del campus en Valencia de Berklee College of Music.
