Desde el próximo 1 de marzo y hasta pasada la Semana Santa, con el fín de promover el turismo cultural en la ciudad, la entrada a los monumentos y museos municipales será gratuita.
La Delegación de Cultura del Ayuntamiento ha informado de que esta medida se ha tomado con el fin de impulsar que los turistas que visitan nuestra ciudad puedan conocer nuestro patrimonio histórico, artístico y cultural, aprovechando unas fechas en las cuales se van a recibir a cientos de miles de personas, como son las Fallas y los días festivos de la Semana Santa.
Entre los museos y monumentos municipales que no cobrarán entrada durante el mencionado periodo de tiempo, destacan el Museo de Ciencias Naturales, las Atarazanas, la Casa Museo Benlliure, la Casa Museo Blasco Ibáñez, el Almudín, el Museo de la Ciudad, la Casa Museo Concha Piquer, el Museo de Historia, la Galería del Tossal, el Palacio de Cervelló, las Torres de Serranos, las Torres de Quart y la Lonja.
