La falla Doctor Olóriz – Arzobispo Fabián y Fuero ha celebrado su VI Semana Cultural. A lo largo de cuatro jornadas, los falleros de la comisión y amigos del barrio de Marchalenes, han podido disfrutar de una variada oferta cultural con diversas actividades.
El jueves 30 de enero dio comienzo la cita con la presentación de la XIII Edición del Premio Miguel Esteban al mejor remate de falla de la categoría 1ª. Un acto conducido por el periodista Braulio Torralba, y que contó también con la presencia de diferentes representantes de las fallas de la categoría a la que va destinada el premio, así como con la hija del conocido artista fallero, Mª Cruz Esteban.
El viernes, la tarde estuvo reservada a la indumentaria valenciana, con una conferencia conducida por Raúl Mora, de Tejidos Catalá, y José Polit, de En Hilos de Seda.
El sábado, el día comenzó a primera hora de la mañana, con una excursión por el centro de Valencia, dirigida y comentada por Sara Sanjuán. Ya por la noche, tuvo lugar otra de las citas imprescindibles de esta Semana Cultural, con la tradicional Cena de Contratos.
El domingo 2 de febrero se dio por finalizada la Semana Cultural con la apertura del escaparate dedicado a la presentación de la Fallera Mayor de la comisión, y su corte de honor, que tendrá lugar el sábado 15 de febrero a las 22.00h en el Salón de Actos del colegio Salesianos.
