La Falla Plaza de Honduras, ante las dificultades económicas actuales -a saber, el aumento del IVA hasta el 21%, baja de falleros por la crisis económica y disminución de colaboraciones externas como patrocinios, ‘replegà’ tradicional, etc.- ha lanzado una Campaña Internacional de “Crowfunding” –entendida como una “replegà virtual” o “replegà 2.0”- para financiar su Falla Infantil.
Su Presidente, Javier Palacios, comenta que “se trata de una iniciativa pionera e innovadora en el Mundo de las Fallas que permitirá a los mecenas vivir todo el proceso creativo de la Falla: verla y seguir ‘online’ la Historia de su Falla. A los mecenas se les ofrecerá recompensas por sus aportaciones que les permitan vivir las Fallas desde dentro y sentir como un fallero.”
Dentro de las recompensas aparte de pañuelos falleros, insignias o bocetos, se ha contemplado la posibilidad de una ‘Gran Comida de los Mecenas’, una ‘despertà con banda de música y almuerzo’ o una ‘Cena especial’ el día de la ‘Cremà’.
La Falla será diseñada por Socarrat Studio. Según su gerente y director de arte, Vicente Sanfeliu, “es la primera Falla que diseñamos y por lo tanto supone todo una gran reto para nosotros. Animamos a la gente a que contribuya con esta ‘replegà’ 2.0 que ha organizado la Comisión fallera”.
El artista fallero, José Luis Platero indica que “nunca antes una Falla había hecho una iniciativa de este tipo; admiro su valor por reconocer las dificultades económicas y su ingenio por explorar nuevas vías de financiación. Como artista es curioso, aparte de contentar a la Comisión me esforzaré al máximo para que todos los micro-mecenas queden contentos con su aportación”.
La Campaña Internacional se ha lanzado en la plataforma VERKAMI (www.verkami.com) que significa en Esperanto «amante de la creación»; la campaña está disponible en tres idiomas:
