En la octava planta de El Corte Inglés de la Avenida de Francia ya se puede visitar «La Casa de Alicia», proyecto que en el que El Corte Inglés y los alumnos de la prestigiosa Academia Barreira de Valencia han plasmado los gustos y preferencia en cuanto a decoración e interiorismo de la Fallera Mayor de Valencia 2016.Se trata de un proyecto sobre 75m2 de superficie que incluirá varias estancias aunque será una vivienda simplificada.Todos los muebles, textiles y enseres utilizados en La Casa de aLíCia han de formar parte del catálogo Decora de El Corte Inglés o de los productos ofertados en la web
Los alumnos de la Academia Barreira de Valencia quienes, por grupos o individualmente, presentaron sus proyectos e ideas ante el jurado integrado por la propia Fallera Mayor de Valencia; la directora de la Academia Barreira, Susana Milán; el profesor Paco Sanchis, y el subdirector de El Corte Inglés Avenida de Francia, Daniel Campos.
