El colectivo fallero de Llíria participó ayer en la Crida que anuncia la proximidad de las Fallas 2013. Ante Ca la Vila, se celebró este acto con la presencia en el escenario del alcalde Manuel Izquierdo, las falleras mayores de la ciudad, Susi Sabater y Lorena Sánchez, con sus cortes de honor, la Corporación Municipal y la Junta Local Fallera.
La fallera mayor de Llíria, Susi Sabater, destacó el papel de los falleros que “gracias a su trabajo e ingenio, y a pesar de estos momentos difíciles, hacen posible que esta tradición festiva siga viva”.
Igualmente, animó a las cinco comisiones del municipio “a vivir todos juntos unas fiestas inolvidable” e invitó a todos los ciudadanos “a participar de las fallas y disfrutar de su alegría”.
Por su parte, el alcalde Manuel Izquierdo, al entregar las llaves de la ciudad a las dos falleras mayores, les recordó que durante estos días “representaréis a Llíria y ese espíritu festivo que recorrerá nuestras calles”.
Ca la Vila volverá a reunir el próximo sábado, 16 de marzo, a todo el colectivo fallero de Llíria en el acto de entrega de los premios de las Fallas 2013. El domingo se celebrará el tren fallero desde las 17.30 horas. La ofrenda tendrá lugar el día 18 en la iglesia de María Madre y la parroquia de la Asunción acogerá el 19 la misa de la festividad de San José.
