Hoy jueves 19 de marzo ha iniciado pronto la actividad fallera que empezaba a vivir su día grande. La fiesta de San José, las fallas, se han dado cita un ao más para celebrar el tradicional homenaje a San José. El busto ubicado en el puente que lleva su nombre ha recibido a las Falleras Mayores de Valencia, Estefanía López y María Donderis, quienes han acudido acompañadas por sus Cortes de Honor. Junto a ellas han estado los anfitriones, por ser su demarcación, los máximos representantes de la Falla Doctor Olóriz-Arzobispo Fabián y Fuero, sus Falleras mayores, Vanessa López y la niña Candela palanca, así como sus Presidentes, Jordi Palanca y el niño Pablo Guillén. Las propias Estefanía y María han sido las encargadas de realizar la ofrenda de una corona de laurel junto a Vanessa y Candela.
Previamente, en la carpa instalada por al comisión, los participantes en esta cita han podido disfrutar de un desayno en el que se ha hecho entrega del galardón anual que entrega esta comisión de Zaidía. En la presente edición este reconocimiento ha sido para la Falla Maestro Gozalbo-conde Altea, cuyos máximos representantes han acudido ha recoger el palet acreditativo.
