La Diputación de Valencia ha ofrecido esta mañana su tradicional recepción a las comisiones falleras de la provincia, que este año ha contado con la presencia de unos 600 falleros y de la fallera mayor de Valencia, Begoña Jiménez, que ha acudido a las dependencias de la entidad provincial acompañada por su corte de honor.
El presidente de la Diputación de Valencia, Alfonso Rus, ha saludado a los representantes de 136 comisiones y juntas falleras, que han acudido al acto de recepción acompañados por representantes municipales y por los diputados provinciales Juan José Medina, Carlota Navarro, Amparo Mora, Isidro Prieto, Remedios Avia, Oreto Segura, Carmen Jávega, José Manuel Haro, Antoni Gaspar, Miguel Bailach, Vicente Ibor, Francisco Tarazona, Rafael Pérez, Rosa Pérez y Eva Sanz.
La Diputación, que colabora con el desarrollo de las fiestas con una subvención económica a las diferentes comisiones, ha obsequiado a las falleras mayores con una insignia y con el libro “Las fallas de la provincia”, y a las infantiles se les ha hecho entrega de un puzzle.
Los municipios que han participado en este acto son Xàtiva, Moncada, Rocafort, Quart de Poblet, Silla, Alcàsser, Alcúdia, Aldaia, Chiva, Faura, L’Eliana, Massamagrell, Paiporta, Ribarroja, Sedaví, Albal, Villanueva de Castellón, Benetússer, Cheste, Manises, Alaquàs, Vilamarxant, Alfafar, Turís, Picassent, Catarroja, Sagunto, Manises, La Pobla Llarga, La Pobla de Vallbona, Massanassa, Albalat dels Sorells, Alfara del Patriarca, Puçol, Almàssera, Museros, Foios, Casinos, Benaguasil, Torrent, La Llosa de Ranes y la ciudad de Valencia.
