Menos de un mes después de que acabaran las Fallas de este año el Ayuntamiento de València ya ha empezado el trabajo para elaborar el bando municipal que regulará el día a día de la ciudad durante las Fallas del año que viene. Todos los servicios municipales implicados en la celebración de la fiesta grande de la ciudad se han reunido este miércoles para valorar el trabajo hecho en las fiestas de este año y empezar a perfilar la organización de las Fallas de 2019.
El concejal de Cultura Festiva y presidente de la Junta Central Fallera, Pere Fuset, ha destacado que este año se ha adelantado medio año el inicio de los trabajos para elaborar el bando fallero, “que continuará priorizando los objetivos de mejorar la seguridad y la convivencia durante la celebración de las Fallas, así como el de proporcionar una imagen óptima de la ciudad en esas fechas”. Además, ha explicado que “empezar más pronto permitirá afrontar antes y con más garantías todas las necesidades o problemas que surjan”.
Durante este primer encuentro se ha puesto en común una valoración muy positiva de la aplicación del bando fallero este año. “Teniendo en cuenta la complejidad de la fiesta, que invade la mayor parte del espacio público, el balance es muy positivo porque hemos conseguido grandes avances en los barrios”, ha afirmado Fuset. De hecho, se ha coincidido en localizar los problemas registrados en el centro histórico de la ciudad, en puntos concretos donde fue decisiva la afluencia masiva de gente.
El edil también ha destacado que este año se incorporarán nuevos servicios municipales, como el que protege el patrimonio cultural e histórico de la ciudad, para “mejorar así aún más el proceso participativo para la elaboración del bando fallero”, que el año pasado ya contó con la opinión de varios agentes del mundo fallero, así como de representantes vecinales, de comerciantes, hosteleros y consumidores.
Fuset ha explicado que en las próximas semanas habrá una reunión con varios agentes falleros y posteriormente este proceso participativo derivará en una mesa de diálogo para la búsqueda de consensos básicos con todos los agentes implicados: hostelería, comerciantes, consumidores y representantes vecinales. Además, ha destacado la valoración positiva que se ha hecho en la reunión de hoy por el proceso seguido el año pasado con documentos y planos reales, hechos a escala, de todo aquello instalado en Fallas, que “han conllevado un esfuerzo grandísimo para las comisiones falleras y para los servicios municipales, como Bomberos, Movilidad Sostenible o Cultura Festiva, pero que han supuesto un gran avance porque han permitido mirar con lupa cada demarcación”. De hecho, ha explicado que “era un trabajo pendiente desde hacía muchos años que ahora tendrá recompensa, porque agilizará mucho de ahora en adelante las tramitaciones de licencias con una declaración responsable de las comisiones” y ha asegurado que ha redundado en una mayor seguridad para la ciudadanía y también para las comisiones falleras, que han tenido por fin la garantía de que aquello que han hecho se ajustaba a la legalidad.
“Que las Fallas sean Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad nos tiene que llevar por el camino de la excelencia y por eso avanzamos los trabajos preparativos y ampliamos el diálogo para generar consensos que nos puedan conducir a continuar ganando en seguridad y convivencia”, ha declarado para finalizar Fuset.
