El presupuesto de JCF se incrementa, tras años congelado, para ampliar premios y coberturas a las fallas

La reducción de gasto en taxis y dietas, el aumento de retribución al sector pirotécnico y mejoras en personal para atender más ágilmente a las fallas son algunas de las claves. 

El presupuesto del Organismo Autónomo Municipal de Junta Central Fallera (JCF) se incrementará en 2018 hasta llegar a los 2.269.182,43 euros. Así lo ha aprobado hoy el Consejo Rector de la JCF. De esta forma las cuentas del organismo autónomo registran un incremento de 52.940,26 euros, que se destinarán en buena parte a ampliar la cobertura de las comisiones falleras para la realización de verbenas y a incrementar los premios para las fallas, incorporando dotación económica para el segundo y el tercer premio de ingenio y gracia de las diversas secciones, una reivindicación constante que encontrará apoyo en las cuentas de la JCF para el año que viene.

 El concejal de Cultura Festiva del Ayuntamiento de València y presidente de la JCF, Pere Fuset, ha destacado el cumplimiento del compromiso a que llegó con las comisiones falleras para ahorrarles el pago de los derechos exigidos legalmente por la SGAE, a raíz de la firma el 3 de marzo de 2017 de la adenda al convenio renovado el 12 de enero de 2017. Esto ha comportado la asunción de un incremento de la partida correspondiente en 25.000 euros, al hacerla pasar de los 55.000 euros presupuestados este año a los 80.000 para el año que viene.

Por otro lado, Fuset también ha destacado el incremento presupuestario derivado de la modificación del sistema de clasificación de fallas, en cumplimiento de las decisiones de la asamblea de presidentes del pasado 27 de junio. De esta forma se crean cuatro nuevas secciones tanto en las fallas grandes (3ª C, 8ª A, 8ª B y 8ª C) como en las infantiles (19ª, 20ª, 21ª y 22ª), con los premios correspondientes. Además, se dota económicamente los premios segundo y tercero de ingenio y gracia en todas las secciones. Por este motivo el presupuesto se incrementa en más de 20.000 euros. Esta nueva clasificación también contribuirá a una importante reducción del gasto destinado a pagar taxis y dietas en restaurantes.

 Por otro lado Fuset ha explicado que las necesidades de personal de la JCF para ampliar los servicios que se dan a las fallas y agilizarlos también requerirán un aumento presupuestario de casi 15.000 euros. La solución más económica implica la reconversión de una plaza laboral vacante por una de auxiliar administrativo que permitirá optimizar los trabajos de pago de premios, devolución de fianzas y otras cuestiones administrativas como una optimización de la transparencia.

 Fuset ha destacado que “son unos presupuestos muy positivos, después de años de congelación, e incluso de recortes, que nos permitirán continuar aumentando, por ejemplo, el pago al sector pirotécnico por cada espectáculo que los contratamos. También aumentamos la partida para subvencionar las agrupaciones de falla”. Además, ha puesto en valor que los incrementos aprobados aumentan el flujo de recursos desde la JCF hacia las comisiones falleras. “O los facilitamos más recursos o los evitamos costes”, ha explicado. Así las cosas, las partidas para los premios de las fallas grandes y cortejos (playbacks) llega a los 134.000 euros, las de los premios infantiles es de 39.000 euros, para las agrupaciones habrá subvenciones de 90.768 euros, para el pago derivado del convenio con la SGAE se destinarán 80.000 euros y para las subvenciones al teatro y los premios de cultura habrá 52.000 euros.
