Fiestas pone a la venta más de 20.000 sillas para el Pregó y los desfiles de Magdalena

El Patronat aprueba la concesión de subvenciones a la Gestora de Gaiates, a la Federació de Colles y a entes vinculados

La venta de sillas para el Pregón, la Cabalgata Infantil, el desfile de Gaiatas y el el del Festival de Animación y Música de Magdalena (FAMM!) se realizará la próxima semana, de lunes a viernes, en la Pérgola. La presidenta del Patronato Municipal de Fiestas y concejala del área, Sara Usó, ha explicado que este año «se ha optado por ampliar el número de días para facilitar a los vecinos y vecinas la adquisición de los tíquets» además de fijar la Pérgola, en el parque Ribalta, como punto de venta «porque se trata de un lugar más amplio que el Centro Municipal de Cultura y con mejor accesibilidad». El horario de venta será de 9:00 a 14:00 y de 16:00 a 20:00.

Fiestas pondrá a la venta algo más de 20.000 sillas repartidas por diferentes puntos de los recorridos para vivir algunos de los eventos más esperados de las fiestas. En total, se pondrán a la venta 5.420 sillas para el Pregón, la Cabalgata Infantil y el desfile de Gaiatas mientras que para el FAMM! Desfile se han previsto 4.460 sillas.

Los precios se mantienen respecto a los del año pasado. Así, el precio por silla para el Pregó será de 4 euros mientras que en la Cabalgata Infantil, el desfile de Gaiatas y el FAMM! Desfile se queda en 3 euros. Las personas que quieran adquirir por anticipado una de estas sillas podrán pasar por la Pérgola para comprar sus durante toda la semana que viene, en horario de mañana o de tarde. Posteriormente, también se podrán adquirir los días de cada uno de los eventos.

El Consejo Rector del Patronato Municipal de Fiestas ha aprobado hoy la adjudicación de la instalación de las sillas para el Pregón y los desfiles de la Magdalena 2017 a Gil&Morales Montajes e Instalaciones SL. La sesión extraordinaria celebrada hoy también ha servido para adjudicar los tres últimos mesones pendientes. Así, la Feria de Food Trucks se ha adjudicado a la empresa A ciencia cierta; la instalación de la Feria de la Cerveza Internacional se ha adjudicado a Infraestructuras y Desarrollo de Espectáculos y Acontecimientos SL mientras que la de la Cerveza Artesanas será gestionada por Ángel & Adrià SL. En cuanto a las barras, las tres que se instalarán en la zona de mascletaes se ha adjudicado a Nishka Espectáculos SL y las cuatro barras del recinto de ferias y conciertos ha recaído en A ciencia Cierta SL.

Además, el Patronato Municipal de Fiestas también ha acordado conceder por primera vez subvenciones a la Gestora de Gaiates y a la Federació de Colles, por un importe global de 4.000, para financiar el programa de actividades relacionadas con las fiestas de la ciudad, y a entes vinculados, en concreto, als Cavallers de la Conquesta (4.000 euros); la Colla del Rei Barbut (3.600) y la Colla Bacalao (2.600). También se ha aprobado una subvención de 4.000 euros destinada a la Cofradía de Lledó para las fiestas de la patrona de la ciudad.
