El periodista Julio Tormo ha presentado esta mañana en el Ayuntamiento de Valencia el libro ‘Falleras Mayores de Valencia (2005-2015)’, una publicación con la que se rinde homenaje a las Falleras Mayores de Valencia de la última década.
Las últimas máximas representantes de las Fallas de los últimos años son las protagonistas un libro editado por la concejalía de Cultura y escrito por Julio Tormo. Esta publicación se completa con un CD que reproduce otra edición municipal en la se recreó los reinados de quienes representaron al mundo fallero entre los años 1931 y 2004.
Este libro se ha en la sala de exposiciones de la Casa Consistorial, donde permanece expuesta la muestra “Falles de Cartó” que refleja la fiesta de Las Fallas desde un punto de vista patrimonial y museístico, coincidiendo con el 75 Aniversario de la Junta Central Fallera.
El periodista y escritor Julio Tormo ha agradecido “el esfuerzo realizado por todos aquellos que han hecho posible esta publicación, que recoge sentimientos y vivencias de quienes han representado a los falleros en épocas pasadas y situaciones diferentes”.
En este acto han estado presentes el concejal de Fiestas y Cultura Popular, Francisco Lledó, y el que también fue responsable de esta delegación, el concejal Félix Crespo, así como la Fallera Mayor de Valencia, Estefanía López, y su Corte de Honor y algunas de sus antecesoras en el cargo: Gueguel Massmanián Estellés, Lucía Gil Raga, Marta Reglero Mangada, Gloria Martínez Amigó, Marta Agustín Ferrando, María Pilar Giménez Santamarina, Laura Caballero Molina, Sandra Muñoz Pérez, Begoña Jiménez Tarazona, y Carmen Sancho de Rosa.
