Cuando Gente de Fallas, el programa de ONDA CERO VALENCIA dedicado a nuestras fiestas, que dirige y presenta Boro Peiró, cumplió su 15º aniversario, decidieron, como colofón a esta celebración, crear los Premios Gente de Fallas. Una iniciativa novedosa que prepararon con la ilusión de que perdurara en el tiempo. Ahora orgullosos presentaron su cuarta edición.
En la gala de este año otorgaron los premios Gente de Fallas para reconocer la labor de personas y entidades que hacen más grande nuestra querida fiesta de las Fallas. En esta cuarta edición los galardonados fueron:
Gente de Fallas Individual: Manolo Más
Gente de Fallas Colectivo: Banda Municipal De Valencia
Gente de Fallas a la trayectoria reconoce a Joan Blanch
Gente de Fallas de Arte premia a Roses Cincelador
Gente de Fallas de Pirotecnia distingue a La Pirotecnia La Valenciana de Llanera de Ranes.
Los premios los otorgó el jurado formado por: Carmen Sancho de Rosa, F.M.V 2014; Beatriz Ramos, Delegada de Medios de Comunicación J.C.F, Santiago Ballester, Presidente de Convento Jerusalén; Nico Garcés, Presidente Fed.Fallas Benicalap-Campanar; Pablo Navarro, Director de Pirofan; Boro Peiró, director del programa Gente de Fallas de Onda Cero; Inma Royo, Directora Comercial de Onda Cero; y Enrique Martín, Director Regional Onda Cero Comunitat Valenciana.
Además, ONDA CERO VALENCIA otorgó un premio especial, el Gente de Fallas de Honor, cuyo glaronado se dio a conocer en el transcurso de la gala de entrega celebrada el pasado viernes 24 de abril en el Ateneo Mercantil, fue Paco Llago, carismático miembro de la Junta Central Fallera que vio así reconocida su labor por nuestra fiesta ya que ha dedicado prácticamente toda su vida a las fallas.
La máxima representante de nuestra fiesta, Estefanía López, estuvo presente en el acto acompañada por las componentes de su Corte de Honor. A esta cita además acudieron en representación de la Junta Central Fallera su presidente, Francisco Lledó, y el secretario general, José Luís Vaello.
