La alcaldesa de Castellón, Amparo Marco, ha recibido hoy a Nuria Martí Safont, la reina de las fiestas de Santa Rita, patrona de los funcionarios, y a la presidenta de la comisión organizadora de los festejos, Sonia Trujillo. Nuria Martí trabaja en la Administración Tributaria Local y cumple así con una tradición arraigada en el Ayuntamiento de Castellón. Las celebraciones se realizarán del 19 al 26 de mayo. Durante la reunión también han mostrado a la alcaldesa el borrador de la programación, que incluye actos de diversos tipos como deportivos, culturales o concursos y finalizará con la tradicional comida de hermandad.
