VALÈNCIA,El Ayuntamiento de València mantiene su apuesta por los materiales sostenibles y por un jurado despolitizado para elegir las fallas municipales de 2019, según ha informado el consistorio en un comunicado.
La Junta de Gobierno Local del Ayuntamiento ha aprobado este viernes las bases para la contratación de las fallas municipales del próximo año, consensuadas por tercer año consecutivo con el Gremio de Artistas Falleros.
El concejal de Cultura Festiva, Pere Fuset, ha destacado que de mantenga la apuesta de la administración local por los materiales sostenibles y ha confirmado que continuará siendo un jurado despolitizado el encargado de elegir los proyectos. Estos se podrán presentar entre el 23 de abril y el 7 de mayo.
Fuset ha destacado la «importancia» de aprobar «unas bases consensuadas un año más con el Gremio de Artistas Falleros» y ha afirmado que en ellas habrá «una concepción de la falla como arte y elemento central de la fiesta».
El edil ha señalado también que el presupuesto aumentará hasta los 205.000 euros para la falla grande y hasta los 28.500 euros para la falla infantil. El Ayuntamiento ha detallado que este incremento ha permitido cubrir algunas de las reivindicaciones históricas de lo artistas falleros como la cobertura de los gastos de la grúa para la ‘plantà’ del monumento grande o los elementos decorativos de las dos fallas municipales.
«PARIDAD DE GÉNERO»
En cuanto al jurado encargado de elegir los monumentos falleros del Ayuntamiento de 2019, el Ayuntamiento ha afirmado que volverá a ser un jurado técnico despolitizado, con representantes del mundo artístico, fallero y creativo. El concejal ha apuntado que se quiere procurar en su constitución «la paridad de género».
El consistorio ha recordado que estas serán las terceras fallas seleccionadas por un jurado de estas características, con el fin de «poner en valor la selección de las fallas según criterios artísticos». En los últimos años los han integrado representantes propuestos por entidades como la Interagrupación de Fallas, el Círculo de Bellas Artes o la Federación de Fallas Innovadoras.
Pere Fuset ha comentado también que el proceso de valoración de artistas, trayectorias y proyectos sustituye la antigua presentación de bocetos, con grandes costes para los artistas interesados en plantar las fallas municipales.
«No solo solucionamos un problema que lamentaban continuamente las y los artistas falleros, sino que, además, les damos la oportunidad de exponer y defender sus proyectos ante los jurados que tienen que seleccionar las próximas fallas municipales», ha afirmado el concejal.
