Nota de prensa íntegra de Actualidad Fallera en respuesta al Comunicado de prensa del Gremio de Artistas Falleros de Valencia ante las “demandas a medios de comunicación”
Con motivo del comunicado conjunto emitido por el GREMIO ARTESANO DE ARTISTAS FALLEROS DE VALENCIA y WHOSE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGENCY, GRUPO MPG, S.L como empresa editora de la revista ACTUALIDAD FALLERA quiere significar lo siguiente:
1.- Que ni Actualidad Fallera, ni GRUPO MPG, S.L. han emitido con anterioridad a la presente, nota de prensa alguna en relación a los derechos de propiedad intelectual de artistas falleros.
2.- Que GRUPO MPG, S.L. guarda un profundo respeto a la institución del GREMIO DE ARTISTAS FALLEROS DE VALENCIA con la que siempre ha mostrado una postura colaboradora en aras a la difusión de las FALLAS en general y del trabajo de los artesanos falleros en particular, aunando esfuerzos con el mismo y alcanzando durante muchos años acuerdos que han sido cumplidos por ambas partes.
3.- Que GRUPO MPG, S.L. siempre ha mantenido una voluntad conciliadora con el GREMIO DE ARTISTAS FALLEROS DE VALENCIA por lo que se han mantenido distintas reuniones en aras a logar acuerdos amistosos beneficiosos para ambas partes.
4.- Que GRUPO MPG, S.L ha mantenido distintas reuniones con el GREMIO DE ARTISTAS FALLEROS DE VALENCIA a través de la entidad WHOSE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGENCY, si bien siempre ha defendido sus legítimos intereses y en ningún momento ha cerrado las puertas al diálogo, ni a la negociación.
5.- Que GRUPO MPG, S.L. rechaza las descalificaciones infundadas e inciertas hacia la publicación Actualidad Fallera emitidas en el indicado comunicado.
