El objetivo de dicho Trabajo Fin de Máster es remarcar las deficiencias de la actual propuesta museográfica del Museo. Las Fallas contribuye al desarrollo de la ciudad y de todos los agentes que realizan la mejora y el crecimiento de la propia realidad de la urbe. Hay que tener en cuenta las capacidades, recursos y posiciones alcanzadas que limitan las posibilidades de aprovechar las oportunidades, por lo que hay que intentar evitarlas o paliarlas. En el caso de las Fallas las posibles debilidades son la falta de una protección adecuada para el Museo Fallero, institución que conserva el Arte Efímero y que debería tener el estatus de Museo para poder recibir una serie de subvenciones para su desarrollo y la difusión de los contenidos que recibe de manera anual, fruto del acto de indulto que el sufragio popular de la Exposición del Ninot lleva a cabo cada año. Hablar también de las amenazas del entorno en el que se ubica dicha institución: en este caso si no se produce un replanteamiento del proyecto museográfico, ya que existe la amenaza de que se queden sin espacio para exponer las obras que reciben cada año: la observación desde 1934 de la evolución artística de estas obras hace que no se pueda dejar de exponer las mismas, por lo que hay que tener en cuenta esta amenaza para la existencia de estas efigies de capital importancia para la visión global de lo que son las Fallas.
