El 91’4% de los encuestados quiere ser consultado y opinar, mientras que el 84% está a favor de la celebración de un Congreso Fallero.
El concejal de Cultura Festiva, Pere Fuset, ha presidido esta mañana la presentación del estudio sociológico realizado al colectivo fallero, cuyos resultados “corroboran absolutamente la pluralidad y la transversalidad del que es posiblemente el mayor motor de cohesión social que tenemos en la ciudad de València”. El concejal ha destacado igualmente el deseo de opinar, ser consultados y participar en la toma de decisiones sobre la fiesta fallera que en este trabajo demoscópico han manifestado más del 91% de los encuestados, mientras que un porcentaje del 84% se han pronunciado de acuerdo o muy de acuerdo con la celebración de un Congreso Fallero.
“Pocas cosas como las Fallas son capaces de aglutinar a gente tan diversa y tan diferente en lo que respecta situación económica, ideología, formación académica, perfiles generacionales, convicciones religiosas. Por eso no es ninguna expresión gratuita decir que las fallas son un importante motor de cohesión social para la ciudad, porque efectivamente ayudan a aglutinar esa diferencia como pocas otras cosas pueden lograr en València.”, ha afirmado Pere Fuset.
“Con la declaración de las Fallas como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad no se acababa nada sino que se iniciaba un camino por la excelencia en el que la UNESCO obliga a determinadas medidas de salvaguarda, y dentro de esos compromisos que la fiesta de las Fallas adquiere se encuentra la necesidad de realizar una serie de estudios que implican al colectivo fallero y a la sociedad valenciana y que en el Ayuntamiento de València hemos concretado en una serie de estudios que forman parte de un Plan Estratégico”, ha afirmado el concejal de Cultura Festiva en la presentación de los resultados del estudio sociológico sobre el colectivo fallero y su percepción social realizado por la empresa Investgroup y basado en 963 encuestas, cuyos resultados han sido presentados hoy a los medios de comunicación.
RADIOGRAFÍA MUY COMPLETA
Fuset ha recordado que el citado Plan Estratégico incluye “un estudio sobre impacto económico con el que queremos conocer con detalle el potencial económico de las Fallas, a qué se dedica cada euro, cómo se puede multiplicar, y qué beneficio suponen las fallas para la ciudad de València; un estudio de impacto ambiental, un estudio de impacto turístico, y por último este estudio sociológico cuyos resultados presentamos y que hace una radiografía muy completa de la composición del propio colectivo fallero, de cómo piensan, cómo son y qué quieren las ciudadanas y ciudadanos de València que son al mismo tiempo falleras y falleros”.
Ha puntualizado el concejal que este estudio sociológico “sobre ciudadanos y ciudadanas de València que al mismo tiempo son falleros y falleras”, realizado en el mes de junio con un grado de aceptación del 87% (porcentaje de personas que han sido falleras durante al menos el último año y que han querido responder), de las cuales el 99’6% han completado la encuesta, se ha realizado dentro de las competencias de la concejalía de Cultura Festiva y ha destacado que ha servido para tener “una radiografía de la composición del mundo fallero que demuestra su importancia como elemento fundamental cultural y de cohesión social.”
La encuesta sobre la percepción social del colectivo fallero ante la fiesta de las Fallas como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad ha tenido como universo demoscópico a falleras y falleros mayores de 18 años residentes en la ciudad de València, un colectivo con un censo de 43.545 ciudadanos y ciudadanas. Las 963 encuestas se han distribuido en los 19 distritos municipales. El porcentaje de hombres encuestados ha sido del 42’9% y el de mujeres el 57%, y en cuanto a la distribución por edades el 35’6% han sido en la franja de 35 a 49 años, seguida por el 25’3% en la franja de 50 a 65 años; 16’5% de 25 a 34 años, y 11’1% en la de 18 a 24 años.
Entre los datos destacables de este estudio que puede consultarse en su integridad en la Web del Ayuntamiento de València se incluyen aspectos muy diversos que atañen, por ejemplo, a los arraigos de las personas encuestadas en la comisión a la que pertenecen. Destacan en este apartado la familia de origen, los amigos, la pareja y los hijos como principales arraigos.
De los encuestados un 31’8 % ha ocupado en los últimos años un cargo de responsabilidad en la comisión fallera a la que pertenece, frente al 68’25 que no lo ha tenido. En los hombres el porcentaje de los que sí lo han tenido se eleva al 40’1%, mientras que en las mujeres se reduce al 25’5%.
En la respuesta a la pregunta sobre el grado de importancia que tiene para las y los encuestados la declaración de las Fallas como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad, para el 74’5% es muy importante y para el 20’5% es importante.
En cuanto a la importancia que otorgan a cada uno de los elementos culturales de las Fallas, destacan con valores superiores a 9, y en este orden, el monumento, la sátira, la indumentaria y la pirotecnia.
Respecto a los cambios que se han producido en la fiesta, el acuerdo y la valoración positiva es del 93’8% en cuanto al reconocimiento del Museo Fallero como museo oficial; 85’8% respecto a la apertura del balcón del Ayuntamiento durante las mascletás a ciudadanos y comisiones falleras; un 80% en el traslado de la Exposición del Ninot al Museo de las Ciencias y un 75’8% de acuerdo respecto a la realización de campañas de imagen por parte de profesionales del diseño y la comunicación.
Es igualmente relevante la pregunta respecto al modelo de gestión más adecuado, cuyo resultado revela que el 48% de los encuestados quieren que la Junta Central Fallera sea independiente del Ayuntamiento, mientras un 48’9 prefiere que continúe como hasta ahora, dependiendo del Ayuntamiento.
El 91% está de acuerdo o muy de acuerdo con una mayor participación de los falleros y falleras en la organización de la fiesta a través de consultas directas; un 86’4% está de acuerdo o muy de acuerdo con no adelantar el cierre de las verbenas; un 86’1% muy de acuerdo en utilizar materiales respetuosos con el medio ambiente para la realización de las fallas y ninots y un 84’1% , como ya se ha dicho, está de acuerdo o muy de acuerdo con realizar un Congreso Fallero.
Estos son algunos de los resultados de este estudio, elaborado con 963 entrevistas a falleros de ambos sexos mayores de 18 años y residentes en Valencia entre mayo y junio pasados y cuyo coste no ha podido concretar hoy en rueda de prensa el concejal de Cultura Festiva y presidente de la Junta Central Fallera, Pere Fuset.
el colectivo fallero identifica a los vecinos como el principal problema que padecen, en cuestiones como la incompresión, los conflictos o la poca colaboración.
En cuanto a ideología, casi la mitad de los encuestados, un 45,4 %, se considera de izquierdas o centro-izquierda, aunque al 22 % le gustaría que, de haber elecciones ahora, ganara el PP frente al 20 % del PSPV, del 15 % de Compromís, del 10 % de Ciudadanos y del 7 % de València en Comú.
Según el concejal, tras el análisis de los datos obtenidos «queda demostrada la pluralidad y la transversalidad de lo que es posiblemente el mayor motor de cohesión social de la ciudad de València», las fallas, que actúan como aglutinante de las diferencias, dándoles un sentido festivo.
La encuesta, que contó con el rechazo de la Interagrupación (que incluso pidió la dimisión de Fuset), también concluye que el 91% de los falleros quieren que se realicen más consultas, que el 86% abogan por un congreso fallero o las discrepancias sobre la independencia o no de la Junta Central Fallera sobre el Ayuntamiento, ya que el 48% la quieren mientras que el 48,9% prefieren que la situación siga como hasta ahora.
Respecto a cuestiones sociológicas, el 74,5% de los encuestados se considera católico, el 37,8% usa tanto el valenciano como el castellano y el 73% se siente tan valenciano como español. Además, preguntados por a qué partido votarían si hubiera elecciones, los falleros respondieron que al PP en un 22,3%, al PSPV un 20,6% y un 15% a Compromís. Sobre la ideología, el 45,4% se siente de izquierdas o de centro izquierda frente al 25,7% que se siente de derechas.
