En la mañana dehoy sábado 7 de marzo se ha celebrado el tradicional homenaje que las fallas realizan al pintor José Segrelles. Vinculado al mundo de la fiesta fallera gracias a su labor como cartelista, la comisión de la Plaza Pintor Segrelles realiza junto a nuestras máximas representantes cada año una ofrenda floral frente a la estatua del pintor que se encuentra en la misma plaza.
Raquel Santos, Fallera Mayor de la comisión, y Carla Botella, Fallera Mayor Infantil, han estado presentes en el homenaje de la mano de sus Presidentes, Miguel Pellicer y Alejandro Ferrer. Y junto a todos ellos, nuestras máximas representantes, la Fallera Mayor de Valencia, Estefanía López, y su Corte de Honor. Todas ellas han realizado una ofrenda floral a los pies de la estatua del pintor en presencia de los miembros de la comisión allí presentes.
El Presidente de la comisión ha sido el encargado de recordar la importante labor del pintor en vinculación con la fiesta y de asegurar que, un año más, la falla que recibe su nombre le recuerda y le rinde homenaje.
