En la noche del pasado martes 24 de febrero se celebró en el Hemiciclo del Ayuntamiento la Asamblea de Presidentes correspondiente al mes de febrero.
Aprobación si procede del acta anterior
Informe de Presidencia
– El pasado viernes se celebró la Gala Fallera con un total 1795 asistentes.
– El pasado día 22 de febrero se celebró el día grande que iniciaba con la ofrenda a Santa Bárbara. Acto seguido se celebró la Macrodeseprtà con 1800 participantes adultos y más de 700 niños. Agradecimientos a Pirotecnia Zarzoso, Mossen Sorell-Corona por su colaboración y el trabajo de las delegaciones de festejos, infantiles e incidencias. Gran éxito de esta iniciativa que va aumenta en número de participantes. También se celebró la entrada de bandas desde las 12 horas. Una jornada completa que se cerró con la Crida.
– El próximo 10 de marzo se celebrará en la Junta Central Fallera la presentación del diseño del manto de la Virgen que en este año se han encargado de diseñarlo los Vestidores de la Virgen.
– La Exposición del Ninot continúa con un ritmo de visitas similar al del año pasado, a estas fechas la han visitado 27936 personas.
– La normativa de la pirotecnia sigue igual a años anteriores.
– El pasado 19 de febrero hubo reunión de los Delegados de Sector con la Policía Local.
– Las resoluciones de zonas de fuego y actividades y las carpas ya están practicamente todas ultimadas.
– El bando de alcaldía ha sido ya publicado, para consultarlo pincha aquí.
– Ya han salido las bases del concurso de Fallas Innovadoras y experimentales. La inscripción será de 27 de febrero al 6 de marzo.
– Desde el día 16 se puede recoger el certificado de la adhesión del seguro.
– Se están ultimando las condiciones para la financianción de las comisiones para la compra de casales.
– El censo fallero se cierra hoy viernes 27 de febrero.
– Se están intentando averiguar los detalles de las obligaciones fiscales. Se acudirá a la Agencia Tributaria para solventar todas las dudas.
Aprobación Expediente 2181/2014-2015. Retirada de la distinción Buñol de Brillantes otorgada en 1947 a Francisco Franco Bahamonde.
– Se aprobó la retirada de la Insignia de Brillants otorgada en 1947 a Francisco Franco Bahamonde. Tras un debate de la propuesta se realiza la votación aprobándose la retirada de esta distinición.

Se pregunta por el reparto de las localidades para la exaltación de las Falleras Mayores de Valencia, solicita una rotación en el reparto para no ocupar las mismas localidades con poca visibilidad. Se le remite al despacho del Secretario General para consultar la rotación.

En segundo lugar hace una autocrítica, la Crida se ha convertido en un acto que está perdiendo su esencia ya que no se mantienen las formas por parte de las comisiones. El sustiruir la orquesta es una medida con esa intención.
Al llegar la semana fallera están todos los sectores en pie de guerra en lugar de sentarse a dialogar y acercar posturas. Se ha intendado en repetidas ocasiones aunque con poco éxito.
Discrepa que el Concejal apoye el control de las fallas que ponen terrazas en sus churrerías.
– Falla 172
Sobre verano se publicó la ordenanza municipal de ocupación de la vía pública, muchas comisiones no cumplían los requisitos según las nuevas normativas. A pesar de que el bando reitera esta ley tiene autorización de la concejalía. no sabe si cumplir la ley o atenerse a la autorización. Se le comunica que podrá montar la carpa.
– Falla 302
Al consultar las clausulas del seguro el pirotécnico le dice que no está de acuerdo al no incluir franquicia. Se aconseja que no se firme franquicia en beneficio de la comisión.
El Sector Patraix entra por San Vicente a los actos y ruega mayor orden en San Agustín por el conflicto existente al no haber orden de entrada. Se trasladará a la delegación de festejos.
– Falla 31
Se debería regular el control de acceso a la Crida y que se recupere lo tradicional.
Muestra indignación porque durante la Galla Fallera sufrió un hurto, plantea la instalación de guardarropía.
