Ron Barceló homenajeará las próximas Fallas de Valencia, que tendrán lugar del 15 al 19 de marzo, con el lanzamiento de una edición limitada inspirada en una de las fiestas populares más importantes de España. El joven artista español Ricardo Cavolo, será el encargado de crear la nueva botella, donde trasladará el espíritu “Vive ahora” de Ron Barceló a esta festividad.
Las Fallas de Valencia tienen su origen en el S. XVIII y actualmente esta festividad se ha convertido en un atractivo turístico muy importante, ya que están catalogadas como fiesta de Interés Turístico Internacional y cada año atraen alrededor de 1,5 millones de visitantes.
“Vive ahora” es una actitud que consiste ver la vida en positivo, en sacar el máximo partido a las cosas sabiendo aprovechar las oportunidades. De esta forma, la marca y el ilustrador trabajarán de la mano para plasmar en la nueva botella ese espíritu de las Fallas y celebrar con los consumidores el positivismo y los momentos de disfrute en esta festividad, en la que se unen la tradición, la fiesta durante el día y la noche, el ruido, la diversión, el fuego…
Ricardo Cavolo: una obra que respira fuego como un elemento positivo
Ricardo Cavolo es uno de los ilustradores españoles más internacionales. Nacido en Salamanca en 1982, es licenciado en Bellas Artes, Técnico Superior de Imagen y profesor de dibujo en secundaria. Ha pintado desde que era un niño y veía trabajar a su padre en su estudio de pintura.
Ha expuesto en diversas galerías de Madrid, Londres, Montreal, Oporto o Milán. También ha trabajado en diversas campañas publicitarias, realizado varias portadas de discos y colaborado con el Circo del Sol.
Como ilustrador ha publicado varios libros y una novela gráfica editada en varios países. Ricardo ha participado con sus murales en diversos festivales y al mismo tiempo desarrolla talleres de ilustración en diversas ciudades tanto de España como de Europa y América.
El fuego suele ser un elemento característico de su obra. Fuego como un elemento positivo. Para Ricardo la luz es energía, vida. Y, según palabras del propio artista “donde pongo fuego, normalmente es porque hay buena energía”.
Estas y otras cualidades del autor, han hecho a Ron Barceló encargar la edición especial Fallas 2016 a Ricardo Cavolo. “Estamos seguros de que Ricardo sabrá plasmar en la nueva botella la esencia de estas fiestas y trasladar a los valencianos y al resto de España los momentos de disfrute que se viven durante las Fallas de Valencia, un evento muy ‘vive ahora’ al que queremos dedicarle esta homenaje desde Ron Barceló”, afirma Olga Sesidedos, Marketing Manager de Ron Barceló.
