El sentido del humor y la crítica social han vuelto a hacer acto de presencia en Paterna con la Cabalgata del Ninot, que cada año organiza Junta Local Fallera para animar las fiestas josefinas dos semanas antes de dar el pistoletazo de salida. Si la semana pasada las comisiones de Sant Roc y Vicente Mortes llevaban la alegría a sus casales con los mejores ninots de 2013, este domingo las grandes protagonistas han sido Vicente Mortes, Puerta del Sol y Campament, al llevarse los tres primeros puestos de la Cabalgata del Ninot.
Coincidiendo con su 40 aniversario, y bajo el lema “40 anys sobrevivint”, la falla Campament logró el tercer premio del jurado con su crítica al juego de “gatos y ratas de los políticos”, la polémica sobre los cursos CRE o las dificultades que los casales han de sortear para adaptarse a las normativas.
A continuación, y por segundo año consecutivo, la comisión Puerta del Sol mantuvo el segundo premio con una comitiva llena de magia y fantasía repleta de personajes de Disney. Blanca Nieves, Peter Pan o Alicia en el País de las Maravillas sirvieron a esta comisión para lanzar su crítica a la incertidumbre laboral de las nuevas generaciones y la falta de expectativas de futuro.
A media tarde, mientras la fiesta continuaba calle arriba hacia el ayuntamiento, el ritmo del desfile se vio interrumpido con una gran sorpresa para la Fallera Mayor Infantil de Paterna, Cristina Alcántara. Cuando su falla Cristo de la Fe llegó a la altura donde ella contemplaba la cabalgata junto a su Corte de Honor, los falleros y falleras de la comisión le cantaron el “Cumpleaños feliz” en uno de los momentos más divertidos de la tarde.
Por último, Vicente Mortes se hizo con el primer premio con una divertidísima puesta en escena en la que la sanidad y la educación paseaban en ataúdes, mientras un dragón chino recordaba el caso “Emperador” y los infantiles la falta de calefacción y material escolar en los centros educativos.
El próximo fin de semana, las fallas retomarán la actividad festiva con la Nit d’Albaes y la tradicional despertá, mientras Paterna celebra durante los próximos días el Día de la Mujer con multitud de actividades culturales y deportivas.
