Todos exhiben sus habilidades y tienen una pequeña entrevista con el presentador del programa. Todos los participantes del programa tendrán una compensación/gratificación por participar en el talent. Para poder valorar a los aspirantes necesitan que se les envíe un vídeo con una pequeña presentación (nombre, edad, habilidad especial…) y a continuación que hagan una demostración de su talento. Los aspirantes que pasen esta selección previa serán convocados para un casting presencial (iremos a diferentes ciudades de España)
