El concejal de Cultura Festiva, Pere Fuset, ha presidido la sesión. La sala de prensa municipal ha acogido esta mañana el sorteo de plazas para disfrutar de las mascletaes de Fallas desde el balcón principal del Ayuntamiento, que la Concejalía de Cultura Festiva ha efectuado por segundo año consecutivo, y con el cual se abre a toda la ciudadanía la opción de disfrutar de los disparos desde un emplazamiento tan emblemático.
Tal como ha explicado el concejal de Cultura Festiva, Pere Fuset, “el balcón se vuelve a abrir este año por segunda vez, tanto para las comisiones falleras, como para las juntas locales y, desde luego, para los vecinos y vecinas de Valencia, que son quienes, con sus impuestos, hacen posible la actividad municipal, y que queremos que sientan el Ayuntamiento y el balcón como su casa”.
En total, han participado en el sorteo 13.839 personas de las 17.874 inscritas, ya que algo más de 3.000 no cumplían el requisito de estar empadronadas en Valencia. El jefe del Servicio de Tecnologías de la Comunicación (SERTIC) del Ayuntamiento ha presentado el sistema de sorteo, que se ha basado en un algoritmo de cálculo aleatorio específico: una vez cerrado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes se generó una base de datos con los datos de todos los participantes (nombres y apellidos, y DNI), y a cada uno de ellos se le asignó un número. Esta mañana, entre todos los asistentes al acto se ha definido una clave de cifras, un número aleatorio que ha sido introducido en el programa y que ha determinado, al reordenar los números de los solicitantes, a los ganadores del sorteo.
Tal como ha recordado el concejal, los ganadores de cada jornada lo son para una fecha concreta, que no podrán cambiar ni canjear. Por ello, se ha definido también una lista de 50 personas suplentes y, en caso de que algún ganador no pueda asistir a la mascletà que le haya correspondido, las invitaciones se otorgarán a la primera persona de la lista de reserva y así sucesivamente. Los pases son personales e intransferibles, y cada persona premiada deberá recogerlas con su DNI, en el día y la hora que se le comunicará por correo electrónico o por teléfono desde el Ayuntamiento.
En total serán 360 las vecinas y vecinos que puedan disfrutar este año de las mascletaes desde el balcón, ya que se ha duplicado el número de plazas, de las 90 dobles de 2016 (ganador + acompañante) a las 180 dobles este año. Además, el balcón acogerá también este año a 99 comisiones falleras de la ciudad (con 4 representantes cada una), siguiendo el turno establecido por sorteo el año pasado, y que garantiza que en los 4 años de mandato todas las comisiones de la ciudad puedan pasar por el balcón durante las Fallas. Y asimismo, se abre de nuevo el espacio a las juntas locales. “Queremos pasar página de otras ocasiones –ha explicado el concejal- en las que el balcón del Ayuntamiento era percibido por la ciudadanía más bien como una zona VIP, que como la casa de todos los valencianos y valencianas”.
