El I Concurs de Truita de creïlles ja arriba a la Falla les Roques!!
Consideres que eres un chef de primera elaborant aquesta tradicional recepta? Tens un truquet secret per a fer-les delicioses i úniques, i t’agradaria demostrar-ho?
Doncs aquest diumenge dia 13 de setembre a les 12:00h celebrarem al Col·legi Sant Vicent aquest I Concurs tan bo!
Nosaltres ens encarregarem de posar les creïlles, mitja dotzena d’ous, oli i pa; a més per a tots aquells que participen, tindrem picaetes i beguda! Vosaltres sols teniu que portar el vostre paellero i paella a més de la creativitat que pot fer guanyadora vostra truita.
Les bases del concurs son prou senzilles:
1. Les truites tindran com a base: creïlles i 6 ous mínim. A partir d’ací queda oberta la creativitat dels participants.
2. Es valorarà: la presentació de la mateixa, el sabor i l’originalitat.
3. S’estableixen els següents premis:
1er premi: econòmic segons els participants.
2on premi: sopar per a dos persones.
3er premi: assortiment de vins (1 rosat, 1 blanc i 1 negre)
El preu de la inscripció serà de 10€ per persona. El termini per apuntar-se queda obert fins el dissabte dia 12 i vos podreu posar en contacte amb els nostres delgats Salva i Aroa als telèfons: 639 444 707/ 633 630 696, i per a tot aquell que vullga acompanyar-nos en aquest dia, també ho podrà fer portant el seu dinar i nosaltres posem la barra a preus populars, tothom serà ben rebut!
Però això no és tot! Ja que per la vesprada, a les 17:30h farem la Festa de la Bromera!!! Quina millor manera d’acomiadar l’estiu? I per als més menuts tindrem berenar infantil. El donatiu serà de 5€.
