La Fallera Mayor de Valencia, Begoña Jiménez, acompañada de su Corte de Honor, inauguraron el pasado miércoles 20 de febrero las exposiciones que el Centro Comercial El Saler ha organizado con motivo de la celebración de las Fallas. Las maquetas de la Federación de Fallas de 1ª A, indumentaria de un gran número de indumentaristas y fotografías de nuestra fiesta llenarán el centro comercial con tal de dar a conocer la esencia de las fallas. Las firmas que han colaborado con esta exposición de visita indispensable para el amante de las fallas han sido: Fotofilmax, Vives y Marí, Viana, Amparo Fabra, Elvira Bella, Alan Indumentaria, Roa, Alvaro Moliner, Vicemar, Rafael Català, Serrano y navalón, La llar del fil, Orfebrería Pajarón, Daniel Bada. Bertomeu, Art Antic y Castelló.
Ya se acerca la fiesta grande de Valencia y el C.C. El Saler se ha volcado, como ya es tradición desde que abrió sus puertas, para celebrar esta fiesta con sus amigos y visitantes. Este año, además de las exposiciones de otros años, que tanto éxito están teniendo entre el público, hay actividades nuevas como la Exposición Fotográfica de la Fallera Mayor y Fallera Mayor Infantil de Valencia.
Otra novedad es un Taller Infantil para enseñar a los niños cómo se hace una falla. Este taller cuenta con la colaboración del gremio de artistas falleros que mostrarán a los pequeños todo el proceso de creación de un ‘ninot’. Dicha acción se celebrará los días 2 y 9 de marzo.
La tercera novedad es el Taller de Peinados de Valenciana que tendrá lugar el 6 de marzo, de 19h a 20h.
La cuarta es un Concurso de Fallas de Colegios, en el que se premiará a los monumentos más originales y mejor hechos. Próximamente se informará de las bases del concurso en la WEB del C.C. El Saler.
Y la quinta novedad de este año es una tertulia-coloquio entre las Falleras Mayores de otros años que será moderada por el periodista julio Tormo y tendrá lugar el día 8 de marzo, Día de la Mujer.
Pero además de estas cinco actividades falleras que se celebrarán por primera vez este año, los visitantes que se acerquen estos días al centro comercial podrán ver también la XVII Exposición de Indumentaria Valenciana, donde se pueden contemplar los trajes de valenciana de los mejores indumentaristas. El IV Concurso de Maquetas de Falla Pintor Stolz, dirigido a falleros o particulares con ingenio y arte para imaginar su propia falla. La Exposición de Premios Raga en la que se pueden ver los ninots con más gracia. Cabe recordar que el premio Raga fue instaurado en 1987 por la Falla Pérez Galdós – Calixto III para distinguir al mejor ninot satírico presentado en la ‘Exposición del Ninot’. Y, por último, la Exposición de Maquetas y Bocetos de la Federación de Fallas 1ªA, en la que se pueden ver las maquetas utilizadas por los artistas falleros para comprobar la falla en tres dimensiones antes de iniciar su construcción y montaje.
Además esta cita sirvió para que se hiciera a entrega de premios del concurso de maquetas organizado por la comisión Pintor Stolz-Burgos en colaboración del centro comercial El Saler.
