1.-Estar censades en alguna comissió fallera de Sueca, El Perelló o Mareny de Barraquetes.
2.-Podran representar a la seua comissió o també representar a alguna associació que pertanga a l’àmbit territorial de Sueca.
3.- La documentació que hi hauran d’aportar és la següent: fitxa d’inscripció complimentada, fotocopia del DNI i una fotografia recent.
4.-Edat mínima per ostentar el càrrec de Fallera Major i Cort d’honor, és de 18 anys.
5.-L’elecció de la Fallera Major de Sueca es realitzarà mitjançant sorteig, entre totes les candidates presentades. Les candidates que no hagen sigut elegides si ho desitgen, passaran a formar part de la Cort d’honor.
6.-L’Elecció de les components de la cort d’honor de la Fallera Major de Sueca, es realitzarà per sorteig, una setmana després de l’elecció de la fallera Major, entre totes les candidates presentades, tenint prioritat les candidates a Fallera Major que no han resultat elegides. La cort estarà composada un mínim de quatre components i un màxim de sis components.
7.-El termini de presentació d’inscripcions de candidates a Fallera Major, finalitzarà el tercer dijous de maig de l’any de l’exercici, en reunió extraordinària, a les 20h. En dita reunió, quedarà elegida la nova Fallera Major de Sueca
8.-El termini de presentació d’inscripcions de candidates a Cort D’Honor de la Fallera Major, finalitzarà una setmana després de l’elecció de la Fallera Major de Sueca. En reunió extraordinària, a les 23h. En dita reunió, quedarà elegida la nova Cort D’Honor de la Fallera Major de Sueca.
9.-La Fallera Major, Corts d’Honor, assumiran les normes protocol·làries, redactades que seran facilitades i adjuntades en el moment de la seua elecció.
10.-La Fallera Major de Sueca i la seua cort d’honor, passaran a ostentar, obligatòriament, el títol de Festera Major de Sueca i Cort D’Honor de la Festera.
