El barrio del Cabañal celebra el día de su patrona, Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles.
Alicia Moreno, Fallera Mayor de Valencia, y su Corte de Honor acompañaron a los vecinos del Cabañal en su día grande.
Una misa solemne precedió a la procesión, en la que también participaron los máximos representantes de las fallas del Cabañal. Al finalizar el recorrido se pudo disfrutar de una pequeña mascletá nocturna.
Una de las característica de esta procesión es la representación de ‘l’ Òrfena’, un personaje que representa a una joven del s.XIX que perdió a sus padres el mismo día de la fiesta titular de la parroquia. La cofradía la acogió y prescindieron de banquetes, cohetes y accesorios de la fiesta y el importe se dedicó a ella. En agradecimiento, la joven acudió a la procesión detrás de las andas que porta a la Virgen y desde entonces, en la procesión una clavariesa con mantilla blanca recuerda aquel acontecimiento solidario.
