La Junta Central Fallera celebró el pasado martes 21 de abril en el Salón de Actos el Pleno correspondiente al mes de abril.
Orden del día:
1.- Aprobación si procede del acta anterior.
2.- Informe Presidencia.
– Se han recibido numerosas felicitaciones por el buen transcurrir de la semana fallera.
– Se están pagando ya las subvenciones así como los premios entregados por la Junta Central Fallera. El plazo para entregar las facturas finaliza el próximo 30 de abril.
– Se celebró el Consejo Rector aprobando el presupuesto con 21000 euros de superávit. Sumado a los 97000 que se consiguió de remanente del 2013 el total del ejercicio registra un superávit de 118000.
– Del 4 al 15 de mayo se celebrarán las elecciones de delegados de sector.
– Los monumentos municipales ya se han elegido. Para tener toda la información pincha aquí.
– El fin de ejercicio de Junta Central Fallera se celebrará el próximo sábado 25 de abril en Peñasol.
– La Gala del Artista Fallero se celebrará el miércoles 29 de abril a las 20 horas en el Hemiciclo del Ayuntamiento.
– La procesión de la Virgen se celebrará el próximo 10 de mayo a las 19 horas.
– Las preselecciones se celebrarán los días 2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, 19 de julio. El plazo de la presentación de candidatas finaliza el 28 de mayo.
– Las verbenas de San Juan se autorizarán los días 20 y 27 de junio. La solicitud de permisos se deberán entregar con un plazo de 30 días.
– La asamblea de abril se celebrará el próximo día 28. Por su parte el pleno de mayo el 19 y la asamblea el 26 de mayo.
– Ya se han publicado las bases de los campeonatos de Truc y Parchís. El plazo de inscripción finaliza el próximo 25 de mayo. El 18 de junio se tendrán que conocer los campeones de sector y el 25 de junio se celebrará el sorteo de la 2ª fase.
– Ya se han enviado las inscripciones a las competiciones deportivas organizadas por la Junta Central Fallera.
3.- Lectura memoria literaria y aprobación si procede.
4.- Disolución de Junta Central Fallera.
5.- Ruegos y preguntas.
– Se pregunta cuantas fallas componen el sector Poblats al Sud ya que no cuadró su paso a la ofrenda. Se cortó un sector para que pasase un falla intercalada que había llegado tarde. Se reclama que se debería haber respetado el paso del sector. El problema vino derivado del adelanto que hubo en la ofrenda ya que dicha comisión llegó en hora pero ya había desfilado su sector.
– Se agradece la confección de los ramos de la ofrenda ya que cumplían con lo estipulado facilitando la labor de los vestidores.
