En la última asamblea de presidentes de falla, muchos directivos no entendieron por qué la Interagrupación retiró el acto de protesta de entrega de firmas por el anunciado recorte del 2% a las luces. Ahora, el colectivo fallero, en una carta dirigida a los presidentes justifica la decisión y asegura que ya ha planteado una batería de exigencias para que el concejal de Cultura festiva, Pere Fuset, las tenga en cuenta.
La Interagrupación ha aprovechado estos foros de debate -en los que también están invitadas las fallas de Especial, la Federación de Primera A y la federación d’Ingeni i Gràcia, entre otros- para insistir «en la idea de no tocar las subvenciones para este ejercicio, dejándolo como está para realizar el estudio en próximos años».
En la mesa de reparto de subvenciones, la Interagrupación pide que «se suprima la anunciada ayuda a verbenas unificadas el fin de semana previo a las Fallas, ya que la mayoría de las comisiones tienen actos propios».
Según explica el presidente de este colectivo, Jesús Hernández, «le hemos dicho que el 12 de marzo las fallas no se pueden unir. Como nos ha dicho el concejal que quiere hacer la prueba piloto un año, le hemos sugerido que esa subvención por hacer verbenas conjuntas se traslade a la próxima fiesta de San Juan». Y añade que han solicitado «que si finalmente se hace, las ayudas sólo lleguen a las fallas, nada de compartirlas con asociaciones de vecinos u otras entidades».
El concejal de Cultura Festiva les recordó que no va a modificar el horario de las verbenas y la Interagrupación propuso que, en caso de revisarse en años futuros, «que se negocie con los presidentes, pudiendo dejarse hasta las 3 de la madrugada el día 15 y el día 18 hasta las cinco».
Ante el anuncio de Fuset de dar ayudas a las comisiones que se unan para hacer mascletaes, Hernández, explica que «le hemos hecho saber que el problema no es unirse para hacer estos disparos. La cuestión es que las comisiones nos encontramos con imposibilidad de tirarlas por las exigencias de las distancias de seguridad. Y nos ha dicho que no descarta ir a Bruselas a exponerlo».
La Interagrupación también propuso a la concejalía que se reúna con las fallas más afectadas por el recorte del 2% de la iluminación (como Sueca, Cuba o Malvarrosa) e incluso han lanzado una propuesta: «Como vamos a tener menos ayuda pública, le hemos pedido que nos deje poner cuatro arcos publicitarios en las luces, en lugar del límite de dos actuales, para poder compensar la disminución de la subvención».
El tema de los mercaditos medievales también ha salido a la palestra. «Queremos que se estudie para intentar autorizar su apertura el mismo día del inicio de las actividades de las comisiones, el 10 ó el 11 de marzo, no el día 13 ó el 14.
Además de la mesa de trabajo sobre subvenciones, se han creado otras como la de ocupación de la vía pública, la de asesoramiento fiscal o la de concurso de fallas.
En este último caso -representada por artistas, falleros, federaciones y ayuntamiento- la Interagrupación pide que se estudie modificar el sistema de clasificaciones, el criterio para elegir jurado «y que se cree una base para que quede claro qué aspectos se tienen que valorar de las fallas».
Otra comisión hablará del congreso fallero. «Ha quedado claro que es necesario convocarlo, eso sí, pasadas las Fallas. Tenemos las conclusiones de un estudio que hicimos y que hemos hecho llegar a los presidentes. Queremos que se incluya que para cambiar un punto del reglamento no sea necesario hacer un congreso. También que se contemple que las fallas pueden estar dirigidas no sólo por presidentes sino por juntas gestoras, como ya ocurre. Y que se contemple que la banda sea opcional y no obligatoria».
Por otro lado, ayer, el concejal popular Félix Crespo, hizo un repaso a los 100 días de Pere Fuset al frente de las Fallas y dijo que está aplicando una política «de globos sonda. Primero lanza ideas que va a impulsar, sin haberlas consultado, y en función de la respuesta que recibe, se desdice o no». Crespo indicó que «la transparencia que anunciaron brilla por su ausencia. Hace una política de eslóganes y cortoplacismo».
El concejal popular dijo que desde el principio dijo que «iba a ser dialogante y las primeras medidas que ha tomado han sido sin consenso», para ello, hizo un repaso a recortes de prensa de distintos medios. «En la política es de manual primero conocer, luego escuchar para reflexionar y luego tomar decisiones».
Crespo hizo mención a la rebaja del 2% de las subvenciones a luces, «el concejal ha llegado a decir que recupera los premios económicos de teatro, cuando nosotros ya dábamos y el PP también se reunió con todos los pirotécnicos y fuimos incrementado progresivamente el precio de las mascletaes». También dijo que «si este año retrasa la instalación de carpas es por cómo cae el calendario, no por que lo hayan retrasado».
