Más de 2000 segorbinos arropaban a su Reina la noche de su proclamación en el Jardín Botánico Pau.
La noche del sábado 27 de Agosto se proclamaba a Patricia Rodrigo Pardo como Reina Mayor de las Fiestas Patronales de Segorbe 2016. Acompañada del pueblo de Segorbe y de las diferentes poblaciones que quisieron compartir con ella un día tan especial, Patricia comenzaba su reinado. Junto a ella, sus Damas y Cortes de Honor: Judit Gil Martí, Esther Hervás Romero, Carla Blay Tenas, Lorena Folgado Hinda, Laura Foj Vaquer, Carmen Marín Lidón, Laura Pérez Sánchez, Adriana Silvestre Llora y Belén Torrejón Molés.
Ana Torres, Reina Mayor de las fiestas de Segorbe 2015, impuso a su sucesora la banda que la acredita como máxima representante deseándole que dejara los nervios y preocupaciones de lado para disfrutar del reinado. A continuación, era Rafael Magdalena, Alcalde de la ciudad, quien otorgó a Patricia la medalla de plata de Segorbe.
Una noche de emoción para todos los segorbinos que rendían homenaje a su Reina Mayor. Patricia recibió la visita de la Comisión de Toros de la población, de las Falleras y Reinas de las fiestas de localidades vecinas y amigas como Manises, Burriana, Alquerías, Torrente, Navajas, Nules, Sueras, Almedíjar, Oropesa, Viver, Jérica, Soneja, Xilxes y la Vall d’Uixó, entre otras. Así como la Diputación Provincial y las máximas representantes de las Fiestas de Valencia, Castellón y Alicante.
Alicia Moreno Morales, Fallera Mayor de Valencia, no quiso perder la oportunidad de acompañar a Patricia en un acto tan importante y señalado para ella.
Expectantes estaban la Reina Infantil, Martina Gil Tortajada, y sus Damas y Cortes de Honor que serían proclamadas la noche siguiente. Con emoción, quisieron arropar a sus compañeras de reinado esta noche tan especial.
El encargado de exaltar las virtudes de Patricia fue Luis Gispert Macián, colaborador de semanarios, periódicos y revistas especializadas, quien tuvo palabras de enaltecimiento para la Reina Mayor, sus Damas y Corte de Honor y el pueblo de Segorbe.
